Back in 2006 I found myself at my lowest ebb. Waiting in line to take my life at the Beth Israel Hospital in New York City. Like a murderer handing themselves into the cops, I decided to hand myself into the doctors to stop myself from taking my life that day.

The first ever SOS Road Show was an inspiring event - and it's happening again at Farnham Castle this coming February. Meanwhile, I have been featured in the Xmas edition of Woman Magazine, and the Starting Over Road Show at Farnham got a plug from The Telegraph on 4 January.
I am still pushing for the press to take less notice of divorce cakes and divorce t-shirts (none of that at SOS events), and pay more attention to encouraging a non-combative approach to divorce and breakup.
